Increasingly, the Dutch Foundation for Ladaki Nuns (DFLN) and the Ladakh Nuns Assiociation (LNA) was approached by people who wish to volunteer in Ladakh. For those who are considering, it makes sense to advance a number of points stand still.

Teaching English to nuns

The level of English varies greatly nun. Some speak well and without hesitation, others are still at the beginning. Confusion also plays a role.

Painting

By the disaster in Ladakh is the paint in the summer of 2010 the monastery was made entirely disappeared. It was lime based paint.

We go by the nuns themselves, in 2011 to work at the monastery, and the homestay, a new layer (probably acrylic) paint needs. If you feel like having a nice job, please contact Aniek Jaartsveld »
